At Vint & York, we want you to love your new frames, which is why we offer a 15-day return and exchange window for all eyewear. Whether it's a fit issue or a change of style, we are committed to ensuring you find your perfect pair with ease.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely place your frames, original case, and cleaning cloth into the shipping box and attach the prepaid label to the exterior.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship out your new exchange frames within 5-7 business days.
