What is your return policy for prescription eyewear?
We offer a 15-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all frames and prescription lenses, provided they are in their original condition.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For prescription orders, please allow an additional 5-7 business days for our lab to custom-craft your lenses.
Do you accept vision insurance?
While we are an out-of-network provider, we can provide you with a detailed itemized receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes detailed measurements. You can also use our Virtual Try-On tool or check the inside arm of your current glasses for your size numbers.
Are your lenses scratch-resistant?
Yes, all our prescription lenses come standard with anti-scratch, anti-reflective, and UV-protective coatings at no additional cost.
Can I replace the lenses in a frame I already own?
Currently, we only provide lenses for frames purchased directly from Vint & York to ensure the highest quality fit and finish.
